The Brief
Thomas Lister is a Bromsgrove-based chartered surveying and development consultancy working with clients across the UK, including Homes England. Their old site didn’t reflect the brand or quality of their work, so they instructed Arden Studio to create a professional online presence with a range of bespoke features.
What We Did
We designed and built a modern WordPress website with a clear service structure, dynamic project listings, and a bespoke property portal. Each property has its own password-protected document area where sensitive files can be accessed securely. Dynamic forms handle enquiries, so the right team member gets the right lead. The whole system is managed through custom fields so the team can update properties and content themselves with ease.

A clean, professional site that positions Thomas Lister as the established consultancy they are — and gives them the tools to manage property documents and client enquiries without picking up the phone to us.
